We’re going on a road trip!
Craig and I are leaving today for San Francisco and we’ll be going on a G-Wagen off-roading trip. No idea what a G-Wagen is? I don’t blame you. They’re not super common, but my husband has kind of a thing for them.
These are ours:
He fixes them up and then we go off-roading with other G-Wagen enthusiasts. It’s always a pretty good time…even though I’m usually the only wife there (the only girl period most times).
BUT….
I’m even more excited about the fact that Caroline lives there and now we have an excuse to visit her!
I can’t wait to enjoy some yummy food with them. Caroline is the best person to eat with – her love of food is contagious (read more about her delicious adventures over at her blog Coeur de La).
So….basically my weekend is going to be filled with friends, food and awesomeness :).

So fun! We used to do that with my husband’s Xterra group or we’d take out his little Suzuki Samurai. I was very often the only woman, too. But it’s fun to head out and get dirty for a weekend. Enjoy your trip!
