My post baby bod is less than stellar.
In the interest of full disclosure for you pregnant ladies out there: ice cream does NOT do a body good.  You may be pregnant, but it’s no excuse.  Step away from the ice cream.  Trust me…I’m living proof.  Once that baby is born, you’ll still have a lingering ice cream baby that makes you look like your 5 months pregnant.  But, I digress…
What I was going to say, is that in the interest of not looking pregnant for the rest of my life, I have come up with 9 ways to get back in a fitness routine.
One of these ways is by doing an online 
workout program called My Barre3.
Barre3 is a fusion of yoga, ballet and pilates and it’s awesome for your core (something I’m already noticing myself!).  It requires little equipment and the online workout videos are constantly changing.
