What Fern Wore: Matching in Seattle

This past week Fern and I had a chance to go to Seattle with my family. It was Fern’s first time in the rainy city, so obviously we had to do a few things that were extra “touristy” like go see the Space Needle and ride on that terrifying ferris wheel. We didn’t end up going up to the top of the Space Needle since it was pretty cloudy, but we got some cute photos down below. And that ferris wheel? So sketchy. Heights are not my favorite.

Oh…and we did it all in matching Target style. Yep. Matching mother/daughter shoes totally happened. Totally that mom. But, I couldn’t help myself! I mean…leopard print sneakers in big AND little sizes? It was too big of a draw. Here’s what we wore in Seattle…

  1. OH MY GOODNESS I love when you two match! SO CUTE.

  2. Super cute! Love your polka dotted skirt too!

  3. Super cute styles, ladies! I need to get some coordinated outfits with my kiddos. And I agree, the great wheel is terrifying, which my son loved how scared I was and totally milked it by saying, “Look how high up we are!”

  4. How incredibly cute! You look so pretty too!

  5. So this isn’t completely related to this post (though I do love your matching outfits so cute!!) but recently I saw a picture on your instagram where fern is wearing a rain coat poncho? With horses on it that folds into a pouch that you mentioned was from target, I was wondering if you could tell me where in target you found it or what brand it is? I went to my target today looking for it and couldn’t find it, my daughter is in LOVE with horses lately and would love it! It would be handy as well because we are actually moving to Seattle in the beginning of next year!
The horse top fern was wearing is also super cute!! (but unfortunately I can’t afford that one haha!) Fern has the best wardrobe!
Thank you for all the baby outfit inspiration!!
