Into The Woods Styled Family Photo Sessions!

I am so excited to tell you guys about this fun project I have coming up with my friend Caroline of Coeur de La Photography! We’ve been plotting and planning for a bit now and I’m excited to finally be able to share it…

Saturday, November 16th we will be teaming up together to bring you styled family photo sessions!

What does that mean exactly? Well, it means we have an awesome Portland studio space (think exposed brick and gorgeous natural light) and we want you to come get your photo taken!

The space will be styled by yours truly and there will be some cool prop options available if you’re into that. The space will be styled with an “Into the Woods” theme: think all things Northwest…plaid, pines and cozy knits. Here’s an example of some styling from some similar photo sessions I styled before Fern was born – perfect for holiday photos, but not “Christmasy” – more woodsy so you’ll love the photos year-round.

The session will also include pre-styling with me for wardrobe. We’ll get to have a virtual pow wow and I’ll help you choose outfits for your photos in case you’re worried about coordinating all of your family’s outfits without getting too matchy/matchy. I’ve got you covered.

The photo part of the session will include a half hour session (I promise you will get a TON of great shots in a half hour!) with photographers Caroline and Marc Dahlberg and in the end you will get to choose your five favorite images.

This would be a great idea for holiday photos, engagement announcements, pregnancy announcements or just a fun way to get updated shots of you and the ones you love. Great for families, couples or anyone!
