Today, I have been married to my bestie for 8 years (also, he would totally cringe/eye-roll at me calling him “bestie”).

Everything I want to say has been said a hundred times over. He really is the best and he gets me like no one else. So, in following with tradition, I’m posting our wedding video, because I’m a big sap and I like watching it every year. It’s also nice being reminded of just how in love we were on that magical day. Of course I love him 100 times more now, but those twitterpated, in-love feelings tend to fade. On the hard days, it’s good to be reminded of your starting point. Like the totems people have in the movie “Inception” to keep them grounded. OK, that was a bit random, but I think you get where I’m going if you’ve seen the movie. Anyway…our wedding video is my own personal totem.
