What $15 gets you.

Last Tuesday I bid my friend Claire adieu as she and her husband Matt will be embarking on a new and exciting adventure in their lives transplanting them from Salem to Los Angeles. It will be a big change but I’m so excited for them, although I’m a little sad I will have to do my thrift store shopping solo now…for a while at least. On our send-off date we hit up my continual fave (Red White and Blue) and here are the treasures I went away with for a mere $15 (*note: there was also a necklace included in this price, but I managed to lose it in transit somehow).

All of these items will be incorporated into my future project of redesigning our bedroom. It is currently a beige wasteland. Not fun. The quilt was my favorite find, and encompasses the overall aesthetic I’m going for. The night stand will be a project piece. I’m thinking: paint, new knobs, wall paper underneath plate glass on top. I’m excited!
