Old people in love.
Aren’t they the cutest? I can’t wait to be old and in love! OK…maybe I can wait for the wrinkles & Depends, but still….the being just as in love as we were in our 20’s part…. that, I’m excited for ♥.

So cute! This post made me think of that song Adam Sandler sings in The Wedding Singer, “I Wanna Grow Old With You.” I love that song. It’s one of the few I actually know how to play on the guitar.

they are the sweetest!i love when old people, who have obviously been married since like WWI, gently bicker with each other… it shows they haven’t grown complacent and indifferent, and that they still care!

seeing old couples still very much in love with each other after so many yrs of marriage makes me feel sweet in the heart! i like how they hold hands and take slow walks together… i hope bf n me (if we do get married) will be as lovey dovey even after we have developed umpteen wrinkles!

oh i fully agree. i can’t wait for that feeling – still being as in love, but with a whole host of really meaningful experiences together. so powerful, no?

aw I love these pictures! They made me so happy. I hope I’m like this when I’m old too. Matthew always tells me he’ll still date me when we’re 80. He better! I think that old people in love are really cute and sweet to watch too. It’s funny how your dad and I are almost, soon, going to be that old couple in love walking hand in hand. It seems like we are still young people in love, but I must admit that I am excited to sometime be that sweet old couple that you and your blog friends will look at and have their hearts melt. Thanks for putting a smile on my face and reminding me how much I love your Dad.

Oh my that’s sooo cute! I always want to cry when I see the diamond commercial with the young couple walking past the old couple. Gives us hope and something to aspire to!
