My favorite thing about today was hearing that
I was able to inspire someone (even if it wasn’t about anything super life changing-ly important).
I got a facebook message from a college friend I haven’t talked to in awhile saying that she sometimes reads my blog and has been inspired by a couple of my postings.
Here is a painting she did based on this that I found while thrifting.
Isn’t she talented?
I could never paint that!
She also made these lovelies that I posted about.
I think hers look even yummier!
It made me happy to know that my babbling isn’t for naught :).
I also wanted to just stop to thank all of you who read my blog….followers or not. I really appreciate all of your sweet comments. You guys make me happy. Hope you all had a marvelous Monday….well… as marvelous as a Monday can be anyway.

i was looking at your profile and noticed some similarities! our book/music selections are quite similar. “redeeming love ” and “blue like jazz” are two of my favorite books. and for music..i love she and him, and kate nash. i’m sure there are tons more too.
