It’s giveaway time!
So….recently the lovely Stacey of Bohemian Chic asked me if I’d be interested in hosting a giveaway of her etsy wares…a lovely scarf…on my blog. Ummm….not only was I interested….I was ecstatic!
AND… ever so thoughtful as Stacey is, she even made me my very own scarf, which I received in the mail, tied up in a pretty green ribbon with a lovely card. It made my day. Thanks Stacey! I’ve been chomping at the bit to post pictures of this cuteness, but decided to wait until the giveaway to show off my gift….. Here it is:

I love it! It does all the things a scarf should (i.e. look cute, and keep my neck warm), without being bulky. And, it got a thumbs up from Craig too….when it arrived in the mail, he was like….
“She made that? By hand?”

I love the Autumn Warmth Mobius Scarf because you can just slip it over your head and wear it like a necklace. The multi colors in the knit lend itself to be worn with many things, from a chiffon dress, to a boyfriend cardi + jeans!

Second, I love the Winter Branches II cable scarf. I’m pretty sure it’d become a staple and I’d wear it like crazy all the time. I never did get a new scarf this year…

The winter branches cable scarf is my favourite! By the way I bought my VOSS water bottle at whole foods for three dollars. Did you know you can actually remove all the writing on the bottle with nail polish remover? So you can a snazzy unmarked glass bottle for drinking out of!
Wah! So lovely! That would be so great with my collection of scarves (no, one can never have too many and it’s because that I already have a whole closet dedicated to scarves that I can’t have more!), the green one would fit perfectly with my little black coat that I plan on wearing when we get back to somewhere close to 0C or more.

So hard to choose! I think I like the Winter Branches II. I have been trying really hard to dress like a savvy grownup lately and I’d pair it with brown boots and my new green mid-thigh length jacket.
These are such a great idea because I hate wearing bulky sweaters because I get too hot when I go inside, but this would prevent the crazy Nashville wind from flying down my neck!

I guess I am my mother’s daughter. For the record, I really did go check out her cute Etsy shop and I really was already going to say that my favorite is the Forest Mist Cable Scarf. Anyway, I would wear it with my jeans and a t-shirt out on walks with my daughter. So cool!

after looking at all of the beautiful scarves, I think that ‘Winter Branches’ is my favorite. I love the square button details, they are so funky. I also love that grey goes with pretty much everything. I am a fan of bright coats so I think that this scarf would be a perfect addition to my colorful coat collection 🙂

i love all of the scarves, but i would have to say the rainy day scarf. why? first of all it is made out of wool, and i live in the midwest where temperatures are consistanty below zero…so wool is necessary! secondly, it is beautiful and i love the pops of color from the beads.
i would wear it with skinny jeans, riding boots, and a baggy oversized sweater!

I really love the Chocolate Swirl. I have a chunky brown scarf that used to be my dad’s back in the 70’s. I love it, but it’s SO itchy! These short scarves are to die for!!
Love, love, love the Forest Mint scarf. Ic wear it with my peacoat and when i take off my peacoat i would leave it on and wear it with a cardigan. My office is cold so i can totally get away with wearing a scarf inside. I do it all the time!
