I have currently listened to the following song (Mirah’s “Engine Heart”) about 20 times while cleaning my house. I’m mildly obsessed. It makes me want to go for a run….which is pretty impressive since nothing really makes me want to run. I really should run since today has been lovely and sunny and I even wore sandals for the first time since the early fall.
Know what I did instead? Hung out with a friend and had a cheeseburger and a milkshake sitting outside on our deck. I think I made the right choice.
Listen to this song. If it makes you go for a run, I’d like full credit please. If it makes you eat a cheeseburger and drink a milkshake while sitting in the sunshine, then I am not to blame :). Oh…and I heard this song while listening to the Camera Obscura station on Pandora. It’s amazing.

I like it. I will try and add it into my run playlist. I especially love it because I spent the day working on my car with my dad. I think spending the day in the sunshine eating a burger sounds just as good as running. Today in Oregon was beautiful was it not?!
sooo late.. just got back from 2 parties. can’t even think about a run… but a cheeseburger and milkshake with a good friend? I’m there!
