I always feel like such an idiot
posing for photos.
It always seems so show-offy to me. I never think that when I see other people’s look book photos, but for some reason it’s just different when I’m the one modeling the looks. Plus, I have to ask Craig to take my picture and I always get way more embarrassed when he takes my picture for some reason. BUT…I’m putting aside all my awkwardness since so many of you have given me positive feedback on my look book posts. It’s all for you guys!

This outfit was one I wore to go out to coffee yesterday. Maybe a bit dressy for afternoon coffee in Portland, but after road trip outfits for a week and a half, I was ready to get cuted up. It’s definitely much shorter than what I would normally be brave enough to wear bare legged, but apparently it looked good, because I totally got asked on a date by a guy that had been sitting next to us at the coffee shop. I never get hit on! Still flattering even though I let him know that I’m happily married :).
AND…can I just tell you how much I LOVE my new feather earrings? They were a birthday gift from Brandi at Mucho Mucho Bueno Bueno and I totally plan on ordering more! Make sure to check out their shop – it’s always filled with lovely things!

oh i know what you mean, i never do outfit posts, mostly because i’d feel weird asking someone to take the photo for me to put on my blog, but also i’m not sure people would be that interested in what little old me is wearing! But then i LOVE looking at other bloggers outfit posts and always think ‘yeah i should do them!’

I get SO embarrassed posing for photos as well! Normally I use the self-timer on my camera and run back and forth, because I get so nervous when someone else is taking a photo of me.
