a wedding you haven’t seen yet….or not.

UPDATE:

The wedding that was blogged about here earlier today had to be taken down as I was contacted by Lacey and Brennan (the couple’s) photographer letting me know that I was infringing upon his copyright and that I needed to pull down the post.  And just to let you know that I was trying to be legit about it – I did contact the bride to ask for her permission to use the photos and had also credited his work.  BUT…. you can learn from this….anyone out there blogging weddings….apparently you need to also receive permission from the photographer before using the photos regardless of whether or not the couple have all of their images on a personal CD and have given you their permission – the images are still owned by the photographer.  Future lawsuits can now be avoided :).

Just know it was a lovely wedding.

  3. That backdrop is gorgeous. Every time I see a really unique wedding like this, I want to get married all over again.

  5. Was that a fern boutoneirre!?? I have no idea how to spell that word, but thats so cool. Ferns all curled up are so beautiful. I love garden party weddings that are beautiful and laid back at the same time.
ps- facestalking LOL I call it stalkerbook 😉 but I don’t have one anymore.

  6. absolutely stunning! love it all!

  7. Before I read the last part I was going to say my favorite party is the wedding party outfits. I love the mismatched style. Beautiful wedding.

  13. how fun to see my friends’ wedding featured on your blog! i was in the wedding and didn’t have a chance to pay attention to all of the amazing decorations, but i agree- there were so many fun details. and i must say, the florist rocked. Brennan & Lacey are an incredibly creative couple–seriously, you should see the adorable apartment they live in now!

  14. If I had it to do all over again, this is exactly how my wedding would be, except in late fall/early winter in an old barn.

  15. love this! i’m a big fan of mismatched bridesmaids too… seems to make everything just a little more lighthearted, you know? thanks for sharing!

  21. Oh boo, you think that he would want it on your blog since it gets his name out there. Oh boo. I’m glad I got to still see the pictures in blogger though. yay! Such a cute wedding. Their photographer kind of reminds me of mine. 🙂

  22. ugh that’s annoying I’m going to search for these photos!

  23. YAY I get to see you SAT! PS I posted/blogged about the recipe for the coconut curry chicken. Wouldn’t have been the same without the wine in a can 😉 Have a fabulous friday!

  24. As long as the photographer is credited, I honestly don’t understand why people care. Once I had someone ask me to take a piece of their art off my blog even though I had credited her and provided links to her shop.
When anyone features my jewelry on their blog I am excited… I don’t get it.
