Today is Fill in the Blank Friday my friends!
You know what the best part about that is?
The fact that it’s finally Friday!
I didn’t have work on Monday or Tuesday, but for some reason this week just dragged! Am I the only one who felt that way? Whatever the case, if you’d like to play along this week, fill in the blanks over at your blog (or in the comment section) and then link up using the linky at the end of the post!

1. Blogging is something that’s opened up a whole new world for me. .
2. A current fashion trend I wish I was brave enough to wear is sequins for day. A sequined skirt to be precise – a gold one I’ve been seriously lusting ater. I’m brave enough to wear it, but I don’t know if Portland could handle it .
3. My greatest accomplishment in life thus far is graduating from college .
4. If I had to choose between a mountain or a beach vacation I’d choose moutain vacation hands down. Craig and I spent our honeymoon in Whistler B.C. purely because we are both mountain people and would get terribly bored at the beach for 10 days .
5. A talent I wish I had is being able to do hair and makeup. It would allow me to fully tie together all of my outfits that much better. Knowing how to do a smoky eye would change my life .
6. A talent I do have is being able to turn ugly things into pretty things. .
7. This week is finally over…thank goodness! .

i spent two summers ago in Whistler… and loved it! it’s so gorgeous and magical there!
I am thankful that the only plan I have this weekend is having my parents and sisters over for dinner Sunday night. I’ve been nonstop since last weekend. I’m ready for some lazy time!

Thank goodness it is Friday!!! I thought we’d never get here… this weekend is birthday madness for me and the boy… both our brothers’ birthdays fall in the same week, so it’s double family birthday madness… it’ll be fun though.

I think you should definitely do the gold sequin skirt. Make a date with Craig and get all dolled up with the skirt. Portland will just have to handle you somehow!

I would love to be able to have lots of ways to style my hair AND feel confident with my new do’s. Often I feel a little intimidated when I try anything new style or hair/make-up wise.
