the ugly duckling.

Something I love more than anything in life is transformation.  I love when something ugly becomes something beautiful.

When I was a kid, I loved the story of The Ugly Duckling.  I love how no one could see his potential until one day he became a beautiful swan.  I’m all about hidden potential, which is why I was so attracted to this project in Ready Made.

We’ve all seen these heinous 80’s sweaters, right?

Well, Ready Made came up with the genius idea of turning these fashion outcasts into something super cute and still cozy for the cold weather.  Voila….a sweater skirt!

Clever, no?
Hope your day is fabulous!
