It’s finally Friday!!
I think I feel this way every week. I live for weekends and Friday’s are the best because it’s the light at the end of the tunnel. I don’t think I could ever work a job where I worked weekends. I mean…I’ve done it before, but now that Craig and I both have Monday-Friday 9-5 jobs, I don’t think I could ever go back. I haven’t worked a weekend in a good 5 years! I’m probably (or maybe for sure) spoiled.

1. I am a lover of Jesus. A loyal friend. A wifey. Fond of layering, ice cream and vanilla lattes. A girly-girl, but not too girly. A texter, or face-to-facer, but never an on-the-phoner. An extroverted introvert .
2. The bravest thing I’ve ever done was take that shot of espresso in the photo above. OK…probably not, but I’m not all that brave, so I can’t think of anything better right now .
3. I feel prettiest when I wake up on a Saturday morning with my makeup smudgy from the night before and perfectly mussed bedhead, wearing my Paige jeans and my grey AA t-shirt. .
4. Something that keeps me awake at night is to-do lists. I can seriously stay awake for hours just thinking of all the things I could possibly be doing…blog posts, outfits I want to wear, people to text, presents to buy, etc, etc…. .
5. My favorite meal in the entire world is carnitas tacos. I could eat them for dinner every night if they wouldn’t make me weigh 800 lbs .
6. The way to my heart is through quality time…ok….and maybe cute shoes .
7. I would like to join Kim Kardashian’s shoe of the month club. Is that lame? Oh…I don’t even care if it’s lame. I totally want to do it! .
Random blanks, but everyone needs a little random in their lives sometimes.

I am the same way! I could lay in bed and think of things I have to do forever! I have a notepad by my bed and I actually have to write them down sometimes or I drive myself crazy!

6. The way to my heart is – acts of love, i.e. chores. I am all over my husband when he does the dishes .

Like I said, next time put a little Raw Sugar in your espresso. Or if the barista is okay with it, have them add a little cinnamon to the grounds before they brew the shot. Amazing!
I 100% agree with your first paragraph on Fridays and working weekends. I’ve occasionally thought about going back to retail part time (I kinda miss it a tiny bit), but I don’t want to go back to working Saturday and/or Sunday!
