Today is my favorite day of the week, because it’s the last day of my work week AND because it’s Fill in the Blank Friday! If you want to play along, just fill in the blanks over at your blog and then link back using the link at the end of the post. They’re random, so I hope you enjoy!
{a happy little photographic accident}
1. My biggest accomplishment in life thus far is my marriage. Although I don’t think it’s exactly an “accomplishment” since it’s not a finished product or anything, it’s always a work in progress, but it’s something I put a lot of work into and something that I’m proud of. Other than that, I’d have to say learning to cook. I seriously couldn’t cook AT ALL before getting married. It was pretty bad .
2. My favorite place to sit in my house is anywhere that Craig is :)…which is usually the couch .
3. My fashion philosophy is to dabble with trends and try new things, but to always only wear things that I love and that make me feel pretty. I also believe in playing with textures and layers and that wearing a girly dress will always affect my mood for the better .
4. Something every girl should have is a fabulous bright lipstick. It’ll brighten your entire face – not to mention your mood! .
5. If you looked in my purse right now you’d find…. way more stuff than any one person should ever have in one bag, including the following: wallet, slouchy beanie, magazine, moleskin notebook, like 5 pens, 3 lipsticks, lip gloss, makeup bag, book, moroccan oil, gum, a protein bar and a ton of scrap papers and gum wrappers. Yes, my purse weighs 85 pounds .
6. My favorite music right now is The Civil Wars. So mellow and lovely .
7. My favorite part of my body is my calves. Even though my legs are kind of squatty, I like that my calves are always muscle-y and strong and capable. I also really like my lips .

As always I can totally relate to most of your answers, but especially the one about your purse! I don’t know what compels me to fill my bag to the bring with randomness, but oh-baby is that sucker heavy!

lol. I know EXACTLY what you mean about your purse!!I had mine filled to the brim with nonsense! And it was killing my shoulder, so now I am back to my clutch which can only hold the essentials. So it spares my back!! lol.
Whenever I read your answers I wish we lived on the same coast b/c I would love to hang out with you in person. 🙂
I’m also loving the Civil Wars. I got to see them live last month and was completely blown away.

i don’t own any bright lipstick. i think it looks weird on me. maybe i just haven’t found the right shade?
Oh the purse… Remarkably, it all feels SO necessary! Hahaha.

I had to laugh at your messy purse, because I am a messy-purse girl myself. Also, 85 is my go-to imaginary number… meaning, I say things, like, “This weighs like 85 pounds!” or, “What am I? 85 years old?” 🙂
