Sometimes when you’re a stay-at-home mom…
the most exciting part of your day is taking pictures of your baby playing in a box.
…and even though it may not seem very exciting to anyone else, it makes you happy and that’s pretty great.

Aw she is so adorable!! Hey when you’re a stay at home mama you have to appreciate the moments big and small! I try to not focus on the things that I would consider achievements because my job is raising our two sweet boys, not stuff like keeping the house sparkling clean or me wearing amazing fashionable outfits. I can do all that when they’re out of the house, right? 😉 For now I just try to appreciate the little things… even if I go absolutely crazy trying to do so! :S
So true! I love taking pictures of my kid. Sometimes that’s all I take pictures of. Boring to others, but fun for me. 🙂

I think my child might be the only one that doesn’t like playing in a box. We got a large one the other day delivered and she was climbing all over it so I opened it up and took out the stuff and set her in there…. and she cried. Maybe I’ll try again when she’s not going through such a major separation anxiety stage.
Totally understandable.
My favorite part of the day was cuddling with my daughter while she drank her bottle this morning.
This makes me sad because I don’t get to be a stay at home mom. I have to be jealous of my husband for being the stay at home dad. 🙁
