Easy-Access Fashion For Nursing Mamas

When I was in college, I owned approximately 800 sweatshirts. OK…slight exaggeration. I probably owned like 50 though. I gave them a break for awhile, because hoodies just didn’t feel very “grown-up”, but last year I brought them back, because…crewnecks. Crewneck sweatshirts definitely have a more adult vibe to them and there are a ton of cute options out there right now.

The only problem for me is that many of them are a little awkward for nursing. I like my sweatshirts to have a fitted look to them, but that makes them a little less comfortable for nursing purposes, which is why I was super excited about this Eve of Eden nursing-friendly sweatshirt!

Eve of Eden is a clothing company based out of Australia that makes maternity and breastfeeding friendly clothes for women. Many of their designs can grow with you during pregnancy and will still be totally appropriate for postpartum. Also, as an added bonus, since they’re based in Australia, the seasons are opposite of ours, which means their cooler weather pieces (like this sweatshirt!) are on sale just when we need them.

I have this sweatshirt in the grey & navy polka dot version and a navy blue version and I love how easy they are to nurse in, with fold-down snaps on each side. So, here it is in action, while Clive does what he does best…EAT! All day. Every day. This kid never stops.

See…totally inconspicuous, right? No boobage to be seen or too-hot sweatshirt hanging in my baby’s face. We’re both big fans.

Love and easy-access,
