oh sunset, how i love thee.

Do any of you read “Sunset” magazine?
If not you should.

I only started reading it because Craig’s grandma ordered me a subscription and now I can say that I’m so glad she did.  Every issue is jam-packed with fresh recipes, great decor and gardenings ideas, party planning tips and tricks, DIY, local must-sees and day trip ideas and so much more.

Here are some wonderful finds from Sunset that you might enjoy….

I want to do this bad.
Too bad I have a black thumb :(.
How to make your own chandelier.
delicious waffle recipe and brunch ideas.
I’d give you a sneak peek into the April issue, but the links aren’t up online yet, but go check back soon!  There’s an awesome article about “fast & fresh” meals, complete with 30 recipes that all sound so delicious I’m not sure which one to try first.  Maybe this one on the cover.  I’m sure it’s much tastier than the boring bowl of cereal I had for dinner tonight.
Toodaloo!

Also I love the chandelier, and the succulent art

Basically all the ideas are amazing 🙂

  2. cereal for dindin!? sad day 🙁
i love magazines that have all that combined into one! i’ve been all into the food mags lately: cooking light, bon appetit, food & wine… but i want something more well-rounded!!

  3. Until a couple of months ago, I thought this magazine was for old people, who are in the “sunset” of their lives. I’m so glad we discovered the truth.

  4. what an amazing magazine, thank you so much for posting! I love the succulent DIY

  5. oooh, yummy dinner!
and i love that garden; beautiful!
    🙂

  6. I really love that chandelier, and I’ve always been fond of “adult” treehouses. I wish I could live in one!

It’s okay if you hound about the dates. She said she’d check when she got back to work on Tuesday, so I figured if I didn’t hear anything from her by the end of the week, I’d ask again. I definitely don’t want to be the one holding things up, then again I don’t want for her to get annoyed with me asking since she’s giving me a free place to stay!

I hope you have a good day, pretty lady! XO

  7. Um, that chandelier is way too cool!

  8. I’ve never seen it before… it looks fantastic!
