my favorite thing about today #44.

My favorite things 
about today were:
Waking up to see this 
creative love note on my counter.
It pertained to milk.
I love my husband.
AND….

Talking to a group of 2nd and 3rd graders at my mom’s school about the trip I took to Kenya.  They were so cute and asked about a million questions.  Actually….a lot of people through blogging have asked me questions about Kenya since I’ve mentioned a couple of times that I’d gone there, so maybe I’ll have do a post about it later in the week.  For now, here are a couple of photos of beautiful Kenyan children….

  3. that’s so awesome that you went to kenya! i would love to go there on a mission trip. my church partnered with an orphanage there, and we just started sponsoring one of the orphans. he is 4 and he has the most contagious smile 🙂

  11. oh and i wish i had abs!! your comment was sweet, but i wish i had appreciated what i had at the time…. sigh.. i don’t think i have ever been in as good of shape as i was at that time.. we worked really hard all day out on the beach doing manual labor and i don’t think i will ever be that active again…
