1. The strangest thing I’ve ever eaten is ostrich meatballs, alligator and goat at an all-you-can-eat meat resturant in Kenya called “Carnivore”.
2. I wouldn’t be caught dead in overalls. I saw them in a magazine the other day and threw up a little bit in my mouth. .
3. When I am 75 I will…. hopefully be surrounded by friends, family and a lot of love .
4. If I had to be named after a place I would want to be named Charlotte (as in North Carolina) .
5. My name is “Lauren” – after Ralph Lauren perfume – “Rose” – after my grandmother Rosemary .
6. My all time favorite photo is a photo of Craig and I looking ridiculously, utterly and blissfully happy at our wedding, right after the pastor pronounced us as husband and wife. Our foreheads are touching and we’re grinning like a couple of idiots in love and it makes me terribly happy .
7. If I could afford it I would have a maid to do all the jobs I hate…like doing dishes and laundry and vacuuming…and actually most household tasks now that I think of it. I’d also hire a chef/nutritionist to make me healthy delicious meals so I would never have to think about it again .

Omg, I have been to that restaurant! Crazy wasn’t it? I had ostrich, alligator and even zebra I think. Still remember the smell of the meat on the grill and the roaring fires! Very memorable 🙂
