I had SO much fun reading your filled in blanks last week! 92 of you linked up and I got to share in the joys and woes that is your hair. I definitely related to many of your bad hair moments and remembered that I actually forgot to share about my very worst hair woe: having a mullet (age 5-8). It was so traumatic I must’ve put it out of my mind completely! Thank you all for sharing and playing along :).

1. The most spontaneous thing I’ve ever done was a midnight road trip to the beach with Craig in college. The houses we lived in had boy/girl hours so when it got too late and we still wanted to hang out we just decided to go to the beach. I’m not the most spontaneous person ever, so I don’t have a lot of spontaneous memories, but this is one of my favorites 🙂 .
2. The best gift I’ve ever received was the gift of a wonderful family who raised me to love Jesus and other people .
3. A time that I was truly and genuinely surprised was when Craig proposed. I was completely unaware he was even proposing until halfway through his spiel .
4. I can’t leave the house without my cell phone and lipstick .
5. My favorite day of the week is Saturday because it’s a day full of possibilities. It’s the one day where you can sleep in and do nothing, or get up early and seize the day to do whatever you want – you have the whole day to do whatever you want with! .
6. Something that can always make me laugh is Marley. Craig likes to play silly tricks on her (like this) and it always makes me giggle 🙂 .
7. My perfect day would include sleeping in ’til 9, but staying in bed reading a book until 10. Going to breakfast with Craig. Then getting coffee and walking around downtown and stopping in all the little shops. Then going home and having a dinner party with friends and watching a movie. Simple, but sweet .

Our “perfect days” are quite similar!! Sleeping in and breakfast is indeed perfection!!

Saturdays are precious to me, time to sleep in = time that I love. I’m always in a much better mood throughout the whole day when I get to sleep in.
