how to….make a not-so-average cork board.

Today’s “How To….” post is brought to you by Brittney over at Thoughts and Other Useless Stuff.  She is the sweetest 15 year old ever!  I love that she’s such a young blogger – not a lot out there.  Make sure to check her out!

The other day I was trying to be a little bit more creative, and I came up with this cool little idea:  A not-so-average cork board.

Here’s how:
I laid my cork board down on a piece of plain computer paper.
Lay a piece of fabric or felt underneath the cork board, and cut off the corners.
Hot glue the fabric to the back of the cork board, one side at a time. Pay special attention to the corners; make sure you use enough glue so the fabric sticks.
From here you can add whatever cute little decorations you want. Anything from ribbon to buttons to more fabric.
Enjoy!

Hope you all enjoyed this cute little tutorial!
