This dress that was sent to us by the lovely Stacie of Duchess and Lion is currently one of my favorite dresses in Fern’s closet. The mix of lace, chambray and the little leather collar tips is so perfect!
We had a little backyard photo shoot of this dress a few weeks ago, but I kept forgetting to post the photos! Also, I must preface this post by giving the disclaimer that the suitcase prop, wasn’t an attempt at the once-cool vintage suitcase photo trend from a few years back, but rather, it was my cutest option to keep her distracted while I snapped away. Employing props is an excellent way to get better toddler photos my friends. Distracted hands are the best way to slow a speedy toddler down. And now you know my secret.
